• Booth setup   9 am to Noon    5 volunteers needed

 

Thursday, June 12

• Food prep     Noon  – 3:00 PM    8 volunteers needed

 

Friday, June 13^th    Working the JASSA booth             

• 4:00 – 7:15 PM

• 7:00 – 9:15 PM

• 9:00 – 11:15 PM

Saturday, June 14^th    Working the JASSA booth             

• 9:00 am to 12:15 PM

• Noon to 3:15 PM

• 3 PM - 5:15 PM

• 5 PM - 7:15 PM

• 7 PM - 9:15 PM

• 9 PM - 11:15 PM

Sunday, June 15^th    Working the JASSA booth             

• 11:00 AM – 2:15 PM

• 2:00 PM – 5:15 PM

• 5:00 PM – 7:15 PM

• Clean Up Crew 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

We need AT LEAST 8 volunteers for each shift in the JASSA booth (we need even more on Saturday, usually our busiest day).

 

June 16^th    Booth Tear-down         11:00 – 2:00   5 volunteers needed
